Theodore Wilbur Anderson is an American mathematician and statistician. He is known for the Anderson-Darling test which analyses whether there is proof that a given sample of data did not arise from a given probability distribution.
Dr. Anderson completed his PhD. in Princeton University and is Professor Emeritus of Statistics and Economics at Stanford University.
