Too good.... :)

I have personally attended a session of the author and believe me, his methods of describing the concepts are too good. He can give a basic view of the concepts in investment banking to a fresher in just 3hrs. Not to mention, the book written by him can do wonders. Happy reading...

Note: This is my personal view about the author and the book as a beginner.

Nice book for getting in-depth knowledge

All the topic are best explained with in-depth knowledge about the concepts. All the concepts are explained with examples of market scenarios. Nice one to have in your book collection for reference on investment banking.

Good book with lots of recent and popular business cases

I have read a lot of books on this subject but hardly found as exciting as this one as it contains a lot of business cases explained or cited as examples of the theories presented. The only trouble is the reader have to be thorough with the Companies Act 2013 (the book explains using the previous act). I believe the next edition will contain the latest acts and more chapters than it contains now.
