1. The Hobbit

2. The Lord of the Rings

Years after his adventure with the Dwarves of Erebor, Bilbo leaves home and entrusts everything to his nephew Frodo. Included in Frodo's inheritance is a tiny ring, one that turns the wearer invisible. However, Gandalf the Wizard warns Frodo to not use the ring, for he suspects that it is no ordinary ring. Indeed, the ring is the One Ring, forged in the fires of Mount Doom by the Enemy himself. unless it is destroyed in the very pits of its making, the Ring will doom Middle-Earth to kneel under the Enemy's Dominion.
