    Cooking Instructions
    • Take Jamboree Egg Free Red Velvet Cake Premix (400 gms) & Water (200 ml) in a mixing bowl., 2. Mix for one minute at slow speed with a flat blade., 3. Then Mix it on high speed for two minutes, 4. Scrap the batter, Add Edible Vegetable oil (20 g) mix for one minute at slow speed., 5. Place the batter in baking Molds, 6. Baking temperature is 170°c for 30-35 minutes/or until baked, 7. Cool, remove from oven when a knife inserted comes out clean., 8. Let cool Chocolate Cake in pan for 30 minutes, 9. Flip the Cake in a clean tray.

    Does the job

    The taste was somewhat good. But the batter is more of a pink colour than red. Also the cake turned soggy even after precisely following the instructions. I always bake cakes the traditional way. It was not that good.
