    I don't know why do people love such books,but it teaches you absolutely nothing.
    I will not recommend this book to anyone else except people new to programming and to score marks in exams or you don't want to become a web devloper.
    this book is badly written and i don't understand th point in writing such book nor i understand the purpose or the message of author to write such a horrible book.

    Comprehensive

    I had read the earlier version cover to cover several times. That helped me immensely become a better JavaScript developer.

    Almost a decade later I still go back to the book sometimes for reference and other times the night before interviews. (I have written a lot on the margins, even code running in pages).

    This new edition is almost a hedge against my dear old book vanishing.

    Worth the money and more importantly, worth the time.
