Good choice
It is really good that only two issues are there. It gets smelly very easily and quickly, so you need to keep it in the freezer. Secondly, you need to fry in oil. You can't make it on gas. You can't make it like another papad. But a good update is that you need not to deep fry it, even if you can go for the oven and run it for 1 minute to bake it in oven.
