Flipkart delivered d product real quick...n no doubt About that the product was authentic although if u are using any other smartphone not manufactured by Htc the sound seems bit low on side maybe they cannot utilize the full potential of this head phone(phones tried on - galaxy s4 ,galaxy on max,asus zenphone 2 , moto z play , iphone 6, mi note 4,moto g5 plus ,htc 10)
