pleased but with one reservation
Bought these from flipkart about a month back now and writing in my first ever review here .. (have been guided by user reviews for most of my purchases and just thought of giving something back to the community :) )
A disclaimer to start with: these are my first 'headphones' (have been a earphones person before these) and thence I don't have much to compare them with but here goes ..

Absolute Class
When I say absolute class, I am doing that based on the price range. And flipkart seems to be the one that is giving the best price (when I am writing this review).
Rather than mentioning the pros and cons, I will just write down my experience with it. I think lot of people look for that.
Out of the box this bad boy sounds A W E S O M E. Why do I say that, plug it on and see for yourself, even with your players equalizer set to zero.

Great Product at its price range
I have used Sony, Sennheiser HD 202, and all sorts of headphones. But i have to say this is one of the best at its price range. Sennheiser HD 202 is too painful after a while, although the depth of the bass is a little better than this but personally i would prefer comfort. Having said that if you can adjust the equalizer of ur player, this is no less than any other product. Keep in mind that this is a HARMAN product. Dont get the 'on the ear' headphones, if u r gettin big headphones go for ...

Very good Headphones
Pros:
Good size.. Fits perfectly over my head..
Noise cancellation is good...
Excellent bass effect... Not too disturbing.. Nor is it too soft..
Design is very good... Especially the wires..
Looks like a very sturdy product... However I've just started using it... Gotta put its endurance to the test..
Cons:
Heats up pretty quickly..
A bit on the heavy side..

Great sound quality. Great bass.
Nice pouch. Comes handy while traveling.
Overall build quality is not that great so handle with care.
The is a tiny bit of surround sound effect. At first it felt odd but now I'm used to it.
About the seller, I got this from KillerDeals.
It came packed in a layer of bubble wrap and a plastic bag that didn't even cover the complete box.
The box was clearly tampered with. Even the headphones had a bit of dust and 1 small scratch.
I didn't replace it only cau...

value for money
well m writing this review after using it almost a year. Excellent sound quality, Strong built, NIce wire,all in all a product what u will not regret buying.only con is after using it for few hours it becomes heavy on your ears,and of course not portable.

Awesome product
Its been 6 months i've tested this equipment on all types of music.. have to say.. truly blows ur mind out.. not too much on bass.. perfect balance of bass and treble for movies and casual gaming.. and for those bass savvy, guys its a head phone not a home theater. if u expect to have tat effect inside ur ears definitely its not gonna last long.. not the headphone but ur ears.. and for hard core gamers i'd suggest gaming headsets. but this is perfect for home studios and box office. go for it...

Awesome headset
Some people say my this headphone is having much bass, much clarity blah blah blah and when compared with other headphone is having horns, tails crowns etc...
I would say the so called bass, clarity, treble etc every thing depends on the music file which you are hearing..if you are going with a file of 320kbs with JBL headphone its so cool and if you are in almost full volume your headphone starts vibrating with respect to the bass..

Unhappy over the headphones that came with my Sony phone I thought of going for this one after reading reviews and considering a couple of other headphones.
First of all, record breaking delivery by flipkart. Under 24hours delivery. I was surprised because delivery by WS retail is usually in 2-3 days.
Going back to product, the packing was fine albeit with some dust, seemed like product had been lying in the warehouse for quiet sometime. Inside everything was neat, including carrying pouch...
