Too big for normal person's ear. It can't be used during jogging or gym. Please avoid buying it. We can't even return it after purchasing

I am writing this review after 1 year and 2 months of usage and complete software update, the buds were working fine till 1 year(Under warranty time). But after 1 year I got 2 software updates, after the update the buds started to malfunction. Its connection has become inconsistent.. the sound quality reduced and started cracking while listening to music also the buds are not completely charging after update. I think they are using the update make the product worse and force us to buy new.

Sound is surprisingly very good, I use Bose qc 45 and bought this only for listening to podcasts and audiobooks but now I find myself using this a lot more than just for that. Fits well, battery is fantastic, connects fine but the range is not good, ANC is non existent, call quality is pathetic.

JBL for the reason🔥.Idk why people get bad reviews before knowing about this product,first of all its not for bass lovers its just for music lovers.Yes of course price little high but yes its value for money with its music quality and features.don't go for negative comments.just choose as your hearts says for music💓
