Nice tablets. Value for money as they are the highest in weight in the market of 500 mg 120 tablet others offer 60 tablets 500mg or 120 tablets 250mg. So these are value to buy and these were nicely packed and the bottle had cotton and silica gel inside to keep them safe and dry.

Tablet is 500mg definitely.
It is written that " Each 100mg contains 85 mg Ashwagandha" It means 500mg tablet contains 425 mg. Simple maths.
Focus on the word "Each"
