Job Interviews is a book on professional development by author Walter Vieira. Job Interviews is a reader friendly book, for both the interviewer and the interviewee. This book is meant equally for people who need to sharpen their interviewing abilities to choose the most suitable persons for the welfare of their company and those who have to appear to give the interview in order to bag the job. One of the main purposes of writing this book is to create an understanding between the interviewer and the interviewee and the admiration for each other’s situation. The person conducting the interview does not exactly remain better placed of late, unlike before. In a few companies, scarcity of adequately knowledgeable staff is encountered. Strange as it may seem, the person appearing for the interview possesses more options than his interviewer in today’s world. The book helps the interviewer select the adequate candidate for a job. It expresses to the job aspirant how to bag the job that is most appropriate for him.
