The product is yet to be tested for its purpose but the support from Kaff is terrible.
1. Flipkart does not provide installation support for this chimney
2. Kaff provides you a cheap quality short 3 feet pipe which is not useful. Petty quality spares are what shows the quality of a company
3. Called the Kaff support team. Got a request number assigned. Was told the Kaff engineer would call me within hours. Neither did any Kaff engineer call me ever nor does the company track if installation ...

Q:Is installation and ducting kit is free ? Let me know I need to buy this product
A:no charges are extra for installation and they do send a duct pipe with the chimney but that is a small plastic one, so in general one has to pay for the extra length that is needed.
