During the Warranty Period if the defect is due to defects in the material or workmanship, KAMAL or its Authorized Sales / Service Representative will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace free of cost, any defective component or part of the product, subject to the terms and conditions as detailed fully in the warranty card. Warranty on Internal fittings of the faucets is restricted to 2 year in residential installation and 1 Year in commercial application. For surface color issues (Black, White, Gold etc.) and surface galvanic issues (Chrome Plating, Nickel Plating, Gold Plating etc.) the warranty term shall in any case be restricted to 1 year. This Warranty is confined to first purchaser of the product only and can only be availed on producing the valid proof of purchase. Not Covered in Warranty	Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear & tear, leakage due to dirt, impurities, hardness or salinity in water (more than 400ppm), improper use or installation,or abnormal high water pressure (Maximum water pressure 80 PSI). The warranty doesn't cover components like Washer, Rubbers seals, Aerators, Shower Nozzles, Springs and other such Plastic Items. Warranty is not applicable where the claim is notified after the expiry of warranty period. Warranty is not applicable for causes beyond control like Act of God, Lightning etc. This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period even if the product may not be in use for any time during the warranty period for any reason. In the event of repair/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for unexpired period. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement in transit, whether under warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
