Here , it's shown that it contains 79.3% Fulvic acid . But, the one which i got has a lab report saying 64.3% Fulvic acid. It's very disappoint !

A:You can take anytime you want there is no preferred timing for this. I take twice a day in the morning before workout with lukewarm water and at night before going to bed with lukewarm milk.
