Using traditional processes from Vedic texts, we take 16 parts water with Tulsi and Giloy. This is then boiled over 8 hours to reduce the water to 1/4th the amount - the right proportion for extracting benefits. Although time consuming, this 'kwath' or decoction process ensures good quality.
