Product was delivered in great shape without any damage.
Really easy to assemble and they even dispatched one Allen Key to assemble the parts.
One of the cushion came short . We contacted the seller & to our surprise they handled the issue with utmost professionalism and ensured timely replacement of one of the cushions.

Wood is fine .design also good , cushion cover is good but stuffing of cushion is normal sponge....they would have given better option insted of cushion.

The sofa itself is of good quality. Though the polishing of the wood could have been better. But not a deal breaker. Its good wood and heavy. The packaging was good and so was the delivery.

I have just got the product yesterday and installed myself.It comes with 8 white bolts and 2 black bolts and is easy to assemble.
