Very good performance for the price
I've done a number of test shots with this extender with 24-105 and 100-400 lenses on a full format EOS 6D.
Very good, considering the price.
You have to mount the extender on the lens first, and then on the camera (camera must be switched off). EXIF data passes through the extender which corrects it for aperture.
This extender works with even the lenses that Canon does not support on their extender.
