Perfect product!
Use a triply kadhai, which will be quite costly but consider this as an investment. This will always be better than an aluminium cookware OR teflon or ceramic or granite coated cookware . Invest money on healthy cookware, maintain your health long-term. And this is one of the best kadhai I've ever used .
