Q:Any food control taking in this capsuls
A:No. Not very necessary. Normal food which contains enough vegetables needed. But no late dinners as far as possible and enough water intake is must. I consume atleast 3 litres every day.

Q:How to use this capsuls
A:If problem is severe or in the beginning, till the problem reduces, 2 capsules twice a day- after breakfast and after dinner. Later when problem reduces, 2 capsules after dinner only can be consumed .
