Khel Mandala  (DVD Marathi)

Khel Mandala is a 2011 movie starring Mangesh Desai, Ananya Devre, Prasad Oak and Mansi Salvi. The central plot of the story revolves around a fragile father and daughter relationship involving a poor puppeteer’s son and an abandoned little baby girl. Khel Mandala takes the protagonist to Mumbai where he believes his dreams will fructify.

However, the harsh realities of life come crashing down around him and makes him realize that life is much harder than he expected in the big city. He goes about trying to pick up the pieces and settle in the city when he chances upon an abandoned baby girl, taking the responsibility of nurturing it and taking care of the child. He soon realizes that she is blind and deaf and thus also is mute. Khel Mandala is produced by Ashok Narkar, with Chinar-Mahesh composing the music.
