The sharpener offers 3 modes of sharpening - Fine Grinding, Medium Grinding & Rough Grinding, as per the user's requirement. The sharpener makes use of ceramic bits to grind and sharpen the knife. This sharpener can be used to sharpen kitchen stainless steel knives, fruit knives or even small cleavers. They are not suitable for grinding ceramic knives or scissors.
