The USB cable was missing
And the crazy part...the fans were not screwed in... except for the big one in the middle.
Now about the product...u are better off with a normal stand.The cooler barely make a difference

I have a 17 inch acer predator neo 16 laptop and the cooling pad is bigger then my laptop.
RGB light also very good and have many modes.
Fan have very less sound ,and it affects the gaming while playing.
If you have a budget of under 2000 then go for it.
