Firstly, insode its not 3 pin actually. The earthing connection is not given inside that, just phase and neutral.
Secondly, the fuse is of no use. It is a dummy piece kept for attraction but of no use.
But if you want to ise it for 2 pin sockets without earthing, you can go for it.
