Products are qiute good enough #remarkable and shiptment was also qiute good and fisrt.But the seller cheated, two of the products were no been found inside the package.1Hand gripper and 1skipping rope were not been found inside the pakage.Hope such mistake must not be done and the seller must appologise.3stars for the mistake could have remakered for 5stars ,just because the seller lied only 3star

Dear Friends, I bought this item which is okay. Bcz Rods are steel but the weight is full and full soil. outer surface of the weight is made by strong plastic. Inside the weight is soil. Curl Rod is stainless steel iron but adjustment clip is not fitted properly in this rod. Dumbbell Rods are good. So planned and buy this one.
