Q:holding capacity is given as 100kg if I weigh more than that and putting a weight of about 100kg for workout will the bench hold 210kg (my weight+the weight on the bar)
A:The bench is not stable so don't except it to hold much. I'm not able to use it because it keeps shaking.

A:It may carry 100 kg but the product is fully unstable and disproportionate. It will cause health issues.

A:yes squats can be done .. you see those back projections to do dips . you can place a 5 feet or 4 feet rod and perform squats , it is ok for the price.
