KEEP THE DOUGH UNDISTURBED & COVERED for ATLEAST 1 HOUR., Roll the dough out to 0.5 inch thickness & cut them using any cutter. Heat up oil to 190 degrees atleast & fry dougnuts for 1 minute. Dip warm doughnuts into glaze & coat sides.
