    Q:How much powder to use in one bread ?
    A:From every 1 cup of flour.. remove 1.5 teaspoon and ADD 1.5 teaspoon of this powder...that’s the math... this turns a normal flour to a bread flour.. which is more nutritious and enhances the taste.
