It is a perfect choice during late winters and early spring when kapha is highest. Directions: Place the bottle of Kapha Massage Oil in a bowl of warm water to gently warm it before use. Apply small amount of oil to your body, starting from extremities and working way toward the heart. Massage chest, back and joints with circular motions or gentle kneading where kapha accumulates.
