I think, the makers came up with the crease less variant after reports of the previous variant being reported flaky. The texture is good, does not dry out, almost on the verge of being sticky. But it does moisturise well, it is not long lasting as other wise advertised. It gives a nice after effect color to lips that is especially brightening. Go for it if you are willing to touch up every 5-6 hours.

A:9 to 5 is just their sub brand name..it also means it will last from 9am to 5pm which is usually office hours...u apply at 9am n it won't wear off untill 5pm for sure..but there r amazing...
