Really Good Pen!!!
Got it for 1.5k. I'm a beginner when it comes to fountain pens (the last i used it was a few years back and it was Parker) and i wasn't sure of going for a high end pen all of a sudden. i primarily took it in hopes of handwriting practice and boy was i surprised. it's smooth! very very smooth. the build is very solid and the clip very sturdy and near impossible to break unless you rip apart the whole thing. the nib is a fine steel with very smooth tip. the grip is adequate if not the best but...

Brilliant Pen
A good buy for anyone. A little expensive however worth every penny. The quality of build is exceptional and the end user experience in terms of writing comfort is next to none. I have also used pens from Cross and Waterman and this stands right next to the best ones I have used so far.

ultimate writing technology
This is the only fountain pen which has fulfilled all my expectations of a fountain pen. Very robust...guaranteed smoothness. Frequent use will make you addicted to it. Consistent flow is sometimes getting dull. Solution is ...wash the head section if it is a prolonged use, or simply remove the cartridge and re-fix it in up side down position. This much costly pen could have a bit tight cap-lock system. It does create problem. yet suspicion persists. I do not why lamy does not consider it.

Not smooth enough for the price. I used Waterman. It is okay. Strong body although plastic but did not live up to the hype.
