I bought this for cooling my office laptop. Prior buying this, my laptop becomes hot and need to reset it everytime it hangs due to excess temperature.
Using this coolpad, I am no longer getting system hung issues.

Cons:- Metal grill on upper side other than that is Plastic body.
I feel fan speed 1000rpm is slow but no heat issues. May be enough.

Fans might not be that fast but it works very well for me. My laptop's performance has been very consistent using it. And even if I play heavy games like Valorant for 3 hours straight. It doesn't get warm at all.
Also if not playing games, I usually use it as a stand to improve the viewing angle.
