The Leadership Challenge Values Cards can help any leader (or aspiring leader) to clarify the personal values, as well as shared values, that will guide them in all situations. The Values Cards are pre-printed with words such as creativity, loyalty, and teamwork so that participants can identify and record the values that are most meaningful to them.
