LEGO Park Street Townhouse  (Multicolor)

Nice but not colorful. The cream and brown blocks makes the building looks dull. Have tried the main building and looks nice. My child is 7 years old and needed supervision many times. Takes time to construct half of which will be spent in finding the block :) The set will keep the child busy for sure as there are three ways of construction but not all at the same time.
Definitely not worth the MRP, which is 5699. Buy if you get a good deal. I bought at a lower price during big billion days. ...

Very nice product, but completely not worth the price, i had a purchased bike repair shop and cafe (31026) in the same price and it even had almost double the parts count, overall all 3 builds are beautiful and will keep u or your child engaged for quite some time. The price of 5700 is completely unjustified for a set that has only 500 something parts and none of them even specialised or unique and did i mention there are just two minifigures.
