For those who are buying for 1st time
Advice 1 don not panic for software errors
2 it needs certain divers and OS ( best compatible win10 + download drivers by model name)
3 touchpad and cd drive are working in latest win10 OS so install that!!
4 If any problem do research from youtube and google it
