After a lot of study of many laptops below 45k budget bought this.
After using continuously for 2 days let me tell you my experience
Pros
1) Got it below 39k with 2k discount from Flipkart and 1.5 k from HDFC instant discount. May be one of the best in this price.
2) Processor is too good , running Android studio smoothly.i 5 7th gen with 4 cores.

Ups:
1 Value for money. One of the very few options with Intel i5 Gen 7, 8GB RAM and 2GB nVidia graphics card at this price range.
2. Sceen Resolution is a crisp 1920x1080. Very Good for watching movies and playing games.
3. Matte body. Even though its a fingerprint magnet, the look and feel compensates.
4. Keyboard has big keys that are spaced far. Good for typing.
5. Windows 10 Home Edition lifetime license.
6. Hardly any sound from fan during usual use.
7. Lightweight at 2.1 kgs.

I got it for 42900/- For this price, it is a steal. The size is perfect and the full HD display is quite good. Performance is fast and smooth. Boots up very quickly and even heavy applications run well without any lag. Sound quality is rich. It has both intel integrated graphics as well as a 2 GB Nvidia GeForce 920m graphics card. Absolute Value for money
The product has GDDR3 920MX NVIDIA GEFORCE graphics card (GDDR5 940MX being the current standard on other laptops) and it doesn't come with Microsoft office installed.
These are the only limitations i could say, also the buttons for the track pad sometimes don't feel proper.
Other than this the laptop is very good considering the price and configuration on offer.Is a little bit bigger for a 14" laptop, but still feels rugged.
