5L Cooker is excellent . Good packaging .I have assembled the handles with screw driver.There are four screws and all are not same size. The bigger screw is for upper lid handle. And two for Base handle while the fourth is for side clamp.
By look is is steel finish.My wife is very happy with this outer lid cooker. We have inner lid cooker . Outer lid cooker helps cooking and serving better. Thickness is good.
