Some moments in life leave a permanent imprint on our minds. This book is that filigree, a compilation of all the most touching, loving, funny and thought-provoking episodes that I enjoyed with my father and the profound yet practical lessons they left behind. Ones that have helped me find peace when I was disturbed, clarity when I was confused, confidence when I was defeated and motivation when I was deflated. I dedicate this book to my son. I hope that, he also finds some solid rocks of wisdom and grows into an honest, straightforward, curious, courageous and kind man, just the way Dad was. I hope this book also reminds readers of the lessons they have learnt from their parents. For those who haven’t been fortunate enough to have their father as long as I did or those who have not enjoyed a happy relationship with their fathers, through this book, I want to share my dad with them.
