Bad product. Horrible Service. Waste of money!Waste of Time

1. Received a faulty piece. Door makes noise
2. Numerous calls from Flipkart. They schedule some time and then the installation person does not come on time.
3. Finally the installation guy came and we pointed out the fault. He tells us that it cannot be returned and we will need to raise a service ticket to get it repaired
4. I receive an sms from Flipkart that the installation was successful and they hope I am happy. No mention about the issue we raised.
