My rating is for seller & supplier. received it in bend condition. product is too good in the price range, but it is useless as the shaft is bend and thus the purpose of balancing of racquet is wasted. Packing & delivery condition of such sophisticated items must be on top priority. i have received replacement piece in good condition.
