Good
Product is good so far i baught by January. Delivery took about one month time. Problem with the wheel ni the back side which helps rolling up and down. It fixed with nuts and bolt. It may come out while working out and may lead to an accident. It needs check everytime before you go for working out. Manufacturer need to work on this.

excellent quality this is the quality even many gym doesn't have .very sturdy and reliable.easy to assemble.every tool is provided in box.price is very nice.
my suggestion dont go with other cheap options.spen some more money and buy this.far better than other cheap benchs.you can easily do any type of pressing excercise with upto 50kg plus yourself.no problem at all.

I mean my weight is 75kg and i use Max 20kg dumbbells in each hand for bench press.
Total weight is 75 + 40 = 115Kg
A:The total weight capacity of the bench is 150kg (including your body weight).
For example: Body weight is 100kg, you can use 25kg dumbbells
100 + (25x2) = 150kg
