A:this cycle can support but u cant ride on rocky roads. It is MTB bike, if your weight is more than average (using BMI calculator) then you should buy road bikes.

A:it can support weight of normal person (60-70) easily or more but it depends on tire air pressure and type of your ride. i am 55 kg and riding this in rocky roads with 5-10 kg extra preload.
