Important Notes

Effective 1st of Jan, 2018, BEE has enforced a downgrade of 2 stars for Fixed Speed Split ACs. For e.g., a 5-star-rated Split AC, as per BEE norms in 2017, is a 3-star from 2018 (Change Not Applicable to Inverter & Window ACs). For a given star rating, a Fixed Speed AC and an Inverter AC will have similar energy-efficiency (ISEER).
For products requiring installation, returns are valid only when they are installed by Flipkart-authorized personnel.
As a part of the "Energy Labelling Plan" of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, the star rating of this Air Conditioner from 1st July 2022 onwards will be one star lesser than its rating on 1st Jan 2018 to 30th June 2022.

Technician Visit Details	Authorized Service Engineer will do the following: -Repair or change the defective part -Provide replacement to the customer in case part or product is not repairable (only after replacement request approved)
Uninstallation Details	For returns, the uninstallation process includes: - Authorized service engineer visiting the customer's location - Uninstalling the product - Packing the item - Picking up the product

Good quality product

Stunning looks with great features, 5 minutes time required for cooling. Overall I think its a value for money purchase.
But I've an issue with installation services, the technician charges much more apart from standard installation and they're very unprofessional. Flipkart should take care of such things otherwise nobody will purchase AC from Flipkart again.

Classy product

Installation small boys were not proper experience holder.can not finishing properly even they dont know whether this AC is hot and or not.after a long time any how they installed .Rs.1599 is wastet.plese send anywhere only experience holder only.

Delightful

The product is good and was delivered well in time But installation failed. I informed them that the connecting line is to go through a glass door. The technician came and could not fix the line. He promised to come back but did not show up. After complaining the technician called me after seven days.
Not satisfied with the installation process and their unprofessionalism.
Canceled the installation and got the job done through private technician.
