1. Shipping and packaging was good. Delivered on time
2. Product size was correct as per description and quality looks good so far, I have been using it actively for last 3-4months, have not come across any issue
3. Using it as bed and sofa both. Kids jumping on it all day and it has survived it well so far.
Cons:
1. It is more soft/cushiony than I expected and it makes it difficult to stand up completely if you are lying on it on floor (specially for elderly people)

Searched high and low for a good foldable mattress that was 4 inches or more. This was the only one in the market and i took a chance buying it since i needed one urgently. The quality has truly surprised me and it's super neat, well stitched and has the right amount of firmess. Some may need a day or two to get used to it but otherwise this is a top quality product. I got this mattress delivered on March 14th. I'm writing this review after 3 months of usage. Quality, timely delivery and service was good, but am so disappointed with the comfort offered. Since it is foldable, the folding happen to be below my belly or near my hip region. So when I lie down on my back it makes me uncomfortable. I thought I'll get used to it. Perfect product!
Mattress is very good. Quality is also good. The only thing i don't like is the colour of the product. It is white which is getting dirty easily and there is no way to clean or wash it. Rest looks good.
