A:No..it is not transparent.
Also there is no sticking gum on the back side of paper …you can wipe up the glass with very wet cloth and then place this paper on wet glass.

A:1.Wet the window totally.
2.Peel off the backing clear protective film gently.(Please make sure the backing film is removed, or the film will fall down from window)
3.Smooth out the film with squeege
