The design of the product is very good as it provides a safe environment to the home where there are little kids as this is overall closed from all sides. Also it hase four indictaor bulb that tell us about the status of charging and the load/overload . But the cons is that the cord is a little bit smaller so I had to get the switchboard mounted before the installation. Overall it's a value for money product . Also it supports load upto 1400 va . Hated it!
Defective product was sent as it was not working on very first unboxing. Flipkart refused to replace/return. After a week of catching up with luminous engineer came and said pcb needs to change and another week it took to get it fixed. Better buy offline were you get installation and piece of mind. Inverter is noisy and plastic build quality is bad will break if you move it.
