Terrific
Luminous power backup have been a relief , it's little over a month that I am using this and it works completely as per my expectations. I do not loose my wifi during power cuts and also this gives me a decent backup of around 4-4.5 hrs.

Inside i got all relevant connectors.
There was some dust on device looks like used or not cleaned.
Successfully connected to my tplink router.

Very poor
Product is good, however when it comes to services, you will be juggled between companies - APC and Luminous, as being a luminous product it still falls into APC's services category which doesn't have a service center anywhere. Calling on t...
