A:Yes. If you use desktop PC on Inverter, Microtek needs UPS, I will recommend getting new 850 watts Luminous. switching time is so good that you do not need UPS or UPS mode on inverter.

A:200Ah at C20 means the battery will last 20 hours if drained at 10A which is roughly 100W load.
Your load seems little over 100W (guessing small LEDs) but still it should last you over 10hours easily
