A:From what is understood from the question, you want to change the band's color, which is not possible. Bands are of different colors and will start glowing as soon as you bend them.

A:Yes, the connectors are included but I would like to tell you that I've tried some of the sticks but unfortunately only 3 out of 5 worked. So, the quality is avg because only half of them will work.
