This book is collection of stories and beliefs based on irrational and dogmatic mindset that found its reasoning in religious and superstitious beliefs..It has really no significance to our modern minds.The author makes a ridiculous claim that this book can be used by todays managers to improve upon their management skills.

The authors have visibly taken pains to collate tales of Vikramaditya & Betal. However, the book needs some serious, professional proof-reading.The narration is not smooth and there are too many grammatical mistakes which would make a professor of English see red.

The stories are quite interesting though. Read the book for its wisdom.
