He has been at the top of the game since making his WWE debut in the spring of 1995 and is currently at the top of the Raw roster. He lives in Greenwich, Connecticut.

The Bible of Bodybuilding
Well, I am a great wrestling fan, and have always admired Triple H for his performances. No doubt he has put in a lot of effort on his physique. I believe he is the best out there in the wrestling industry. About the book: The book takes you old school, which is always good. It tells you how to rely more on dumbbells and barbells instead of machines. The exercises, the chats, the diets, mentioned in this book, if followed, do really work. I can say there is no better book about body building ...
